By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the BabyJyotish platform (accessible via web and mobile interfaces), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Astrological Disclaimer

BabyJyotish provides infant and child Janam Kundli charts, planetary calculations, Nakshatra-based naming recommendations, and astrological life milestone insights based on traditional Vedic astrology principles (Jyotish Shastra).

⚠️ Important Advisory: Astrological charts and guidance provided by BabyJyotish are intended for cultural, spiritual, educational, and developmental self-reflection. They should never substitute for professional medical, pediatric, legal, or psychological advice. Parents are encouraged to consult certified healthcare practitioners for child wellness decisions.

3. User Accounts & Accurate Birth Data

When creating an account or entering birth coordinates for a baby, you agree to supply authentic, precise details (birth date, exact time of birth, and location). Astronomical positions and chart houses are computed mathematically based on exact coordinates; inaccuracies in input will lead to inaccurate planetary degrees.

4. Current Availability

Kundli generation is currently free. Payment and discount features are not active.

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Deliverables

After a report is generated, parents receive account access and a printable PDF view of their child's Kundli. All templates, algorithms, Vedic interpretations, graphics, and design assets are the exclusive intellectual property of BabyJyotish. Reports are licensed for personal family use only and may not be commercially redistributed or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability

BabyJyotish, its founders, astrologers, and technology partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the interpretation or perceived implications of astrological forecasts.
